Changing your shipping address is a time sensitive issue. We highly suggest that you make any changes to our account 5 days before a new order is to be processed, you can always do this as we make a notifications to you via email. If happened that you have forgotten to make any changes, please advise as quickly as possible by reaching out to our customer care at least 3 hours after you received a notification of a new order being charged to your account- we will do it as long as the order has not been shipped yet. If this was sent to an old or wrong address. we won't be able to issue a replacement or either refund your purchase.
For one time purchase, if happened you entered a wrong or incorrect address or simply you need to change your shipping address, you must advise us within the day of receiving the order confirmation quickly as possible to prevent shipment to the wrong address. If this is the case, we won't be able to issue a replacement or either refund your purchase.
For subscribers, you must edit your shipping address by logging into your account and then clicking Manage subscriptions.
Locate the subscription ID > EDIT>Update your shipping address.
Our system does not have the ability to determine an exact location for each address entered by our customers. If our system allowed the order to process with that address, we go for it. Since we have plenty of customers, there is not just possible for us to check every order's address prior to shipment and contact each customer to ensure the address they put is correct. We rely on your own responsibility in putting the correct address.
To ensure that your address is deliverable, use this tool by entering your street address. If it gives you the zip code, it is correct

All requests received after our working hours will be processed the next day. If happened the item has been shipped, there is nothing we can do about this.
But if =happened only street addresses are incorrect, you can still do something by contacting or going to the nearest post office. You should be able to pick up the items instead of waiting to be delivered to the wrong address and lost in the neighborhood.
If you have an account with Leaner Creamer Shopify Store, you can change your shipping address by yourself. All you need to do is follow the instructions below;
- Log in to your account
- Click on "Add New Address "
- Enter your new shipping address
Please ensure to "check the small box Set as default address " for the changes to take effect in your account. See screenshot below. This process only applies to a one-time purchase.
