If you Buy One Time, you can order as a guest or create an account.
If you are sure that you created an account, you can use "forgot password" to resolve the issue. Please note, we can't make changes on the way you access your account or even change a password on your behalf.
If the attempt in changing your password gave you the error that no account is found, you may go ahead and create an account using the same email address you used the first time you purchase where you received email notifications about your order.
If you have issues still unresolved, simply reach out to our customer service team via chat, email or phone call.
When you purchase on Subscription, that does not automatically create a Leaner Creamer customer account for you. The account you created is under our subscription website, that is only accessible for us (internally). However, you can always manage your subscription by logging via the link we usually send to you 7 days before an upcoming auto-charge. See the example below;
If you have trouble managing your account via the link, you can register an account with the same email address on www.leanercreamer.com, your previous order will be automatically connected and you will be able to manage your subscriptions.
If you register with a different email and try to go to manage subscriptions link, you'll receive a notice that you have no subscriptions and need to make sure to register with the same email you used to order.
