Once you received a shipping notification from us, it means that your order is on it's way to USPS.
It is normal to see STATUS: Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item within 1-3 days upon receipt of the tracking details. However, if you noticed that the status hasn't changed for almost 10 days, you should notify us immediately. When this happens, your shipment may have been lost by USPS. We will immediately send you a replacement provided that you have notified us within 45 days of purchase. If we have not received any reports from regarding this, we will take no responsibility and we won't be able to re-issue any order.
