Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email for the tracking information you can use to track your order. Please refer to that tracking detail.
Below are the reasons why your order hasn't reached you yet;
- Your address is invalid, unspecific or incomplete. If you see "Undeliverable as Addressed" this means you need to pick up your package immediately in your nearest post office before it will return to us (original sender). IF your order has been returned to us as showing on the tracking and confirmed received by warehouse, we will refund you for the order less the shipping cost.
- A reshipment can be requested or resending to the same address subject for approval. (as long as the stocks allowed). Please refer for more info: Changing your Shipping Address
- Your address shows delivered in/at Mailbox- but you do not have it. We ask that our customer follows these instructions to enable to get your package as quickly if it's around.
1. Verify the shipping address you entered (refer to the order confirmation sent to your email)
2. Look around the delivery location, around the entrance of your residence particularly on the back porches in bushes, garages grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather.
3. Checks with surrounding neighbors, family members or roommates who may have the package for you without your knowledge.
4. Speak with the specific postal carrier who delivers your mail 9 times out of 10 the post office is actually holding it for pick up and has incorrectly marked it as delivered.
5. Wait 36 hours - packages can show as delivered while still in transit.
6. If you order is 36 hours passed the expected delivery date and have tried all the possible solution mentioned, above, let us know and we will file a missing mail search which usually takes about a week or more.
Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected time frame and are unable to be located by the tracking information. It may take additional time for delivery. If the tracking doesn't update within 3 weeks, the package is considered missing at that point.
If package falls into this category, we will send a replacement.
- You have put a wrong or different address. Please note we can only ship your order on the address indicated on the order, there will be no human intervention on placing orders to our website or even auto-ship orders ( unless you contacted us for a change of shipping address). If this happens, we won't be able to reship an order.
Your tracking detail shows STATUS: Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item for almost 15 days from the date you were notified of your shipment. When this happens, you should notify us immediately as your shipment may have been lost by USPS. We will immediately send you a replacement provided that you have notified us within 30 days of purchase. If we have not received any reports from regarding this on this period, we will take no responsibility and we won't be able to re-issue any order or process any refund.
Refunds or returns are only available for orders that have been successfully received. We are unable to provide refunds for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us.
