We strive to keep order status up to date but occasionally there are situations when an item may be out of stock and not evident until the fulfillment process. This can be due to damage items, high order volume, exchange flavors due to out of stock, and etc.
Every order is unique and reasons for delays vary. They can be, but are not limited to;
- Types of items ordered
- The number of items ordered
- How long the item was sitting in your shopping cart
- How long the payment was successful or on awaiting payment status
- You provided an invalid address unable to verify by USPS
If any of these conditions apply to your order, you may be contacted by LC Customer Service Team. If they are unable to reach you, your order will be canceled.
