For Manual Orders: We will gladly assist you as long as the pouch/bottle are unopened/unused.
All return requests are only accepted within 10 days from the date we delivered your order to you (based on the USPS tracking). The return item must be in its original condition, is not damaged or had missing parts otherwise, we will not accept it. If 10 days have passed since your delivery date, we're sorry, but we can't accept your return request.
The refund will apply to the cost of the order being paid indicated on the order confirmation less the shipping fee. When returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, $5.95 - $11.60 will be deducted to the refund, whichever is applicable based on shipping costs.

- For Apparels, if it's not fit, incorrect size and it's not what you thought, you can return it but we can't exchange due to limited supply. The return item must be in its original condition, is not used/worn out otherwise, we will not refund it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is our error for sending you a different size or item (to which we will send you a return label). Original or Return Shipping costs are non-refundable. Send the items back to us within 10 days from the date you receive your order and you will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error that we sent you the incorrect size/item).
- For mugs, return or exchange is strictly not allowed for whatever reason. But if you are not satisfied, please reach out to our customer service team.
Due to the intimate nature of our products and health considerations, we can't accept exchanges, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
To complete your return, you must contact our customer service team for this return and you will have a ticket support request. We will not process refunds for returns we were not advised of.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your package is unopened, you can simply write “Return to Sender” on the package near the shipping label and drop it off at your local Post Office. Please include your name and order number on/within the return and address as follows:

It is a good idea to get a tracking number for the package; please send us any tracking information for the package. We also advise that you monitor your package and then contact us once your return is received and inspected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
