1. For canceled orders, all refunds are automatically processed after the succesful cancellation of the order. A notification will also be automatically sent to your email indicating the cancellation date, time and amount refunded. A refunded amount usually reflects back to your card in 3 to 5 business days. Paypal refunds usually appear in a few minutes.If you still did not receive any refund on your card please contact Customer Service. We also suggest contacting your bank to ask if they may be holding the fund for a certain reason before it appears or becomes available again in your payment method.
2. For returned orders, please reply back to your ticket support request with any tracking information for the package returned.
Note: We will not process refunds for returns we were not advised of.
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days if you are approved. An email will be sent to you.
If a return is disapproved, we will still email you that we have received your returned item with a detailed reason of declining a refund for your return.
